서버 삭제 처리 대상은 코인 지갑과 관련 자료입니다. 거래 재사용 방지를 위한 최소 해시 삭제 기록, 법적·분쟁 대응 보유가 필요한 거래 자료, 백업 및 Google의 결제 기록은 아래 보유 안내에 따라 별도로 처리될 수 있습니다. 모든 자료가 즉시 삭제된다고 안내하지 않습니다.
기기 기록은 이용자가 앱 데이터를 지울 때까지 보관됩니다. 코인 지갑을 활성화한 경우 지갑과 거래 자료는 서비스 제공 및 구매 복구에 필요한 동안 보관하며, 삭제 요청 시 소유·미처리 거래·환불 상태를 확인하여 삭제합니다. 부정 거래 재사용 방지를 위한 최소 해시 삭제 표식과 법령·분쟁 대응에 필요한 자료는 해당 목적에 필요한 동안 분리 보관합니다. 서버 운영 로그의 보관 설정은 14일입니다. Google과 GitHub가 처리하는 자료는 각 서비스의 보유 정책이 적용됩니다. 반복 호출 방지 기록에는 IP·지갑 식별자의 해시와 요청 횟수를 보관합니다. 기록은 최대 2일 후 만료되며 실제 자동 삭제까지 추가 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다.
처리 시점과 연락
지원 이메일로 언제든 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 접수 후 필요한 확인 절차와 처리 상태를 회신합니다. 본인 확인과 미처리 거래 확인 후 불필요한 자료를 지체 없이 삭제하며, 보관이 필요한 자료와 사유가 있으면 안내합니다. 앱 삭제는 Google Play 환불 또는 서버 지갑 삭제를 자동으로 요청하지 않습니다.
Use Android Settings → Apps → Past Self → Storage → Clear data. This removes local scores, trial items and progress.
Request server coin-wallet deletion
Use the coin-wallet menu in the app, the online request link below or support email. Submitting a request does not instantly erase paid funds or request a Google Play refund. The operator reviews remaining value, items, transactions and refunds before fulfilment.
